Scale and engineering complexityThe project involves the construction of a modern industrial complex with a total area of 40,000 m² on the territory of 10 hectares. The implementation of the object includes the creation of high-tech production infrastructure, administrative and auxiliary buildings, engineering networks and technological communications with increased requirements for industrial safety, environmental control and continuity of production processes.Technological implementationThe construction is carried out using modern engineering technologies and international standards of design and industrial construction. The project includes a full range of preparatory, earthwork, foundation, monolithic, installation and commissioning works, construction of technological installations, production buildings, energy infrastructure, internal and external engineering networks, as well as installation of non-standard technological equipment and metal structures.
Project management and coordination
Implementation is carried out using modern construction project management methods, including calendar and resource planning, cost control, risk management, technical supervision and coordination of the work of design, production and construction and installation departments. All processes are carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HSE principles, current DBN, DSTU and international engineering practices.
