The project involved the reconstruction of the existing production complex with the construction of a new steam-power section and the integration of a cogeneration unit with an electrical capacity of 26 MW. The work was carried out without disrupting the technological processes of the enterprise, which required high precision of engineering solutions, phased organization of construction and coordination of production processes.

Technological implementation

The project included a complex of construction and installation works, including the installation of foundations, metal structures, technological equipment and engineering networks. Particular attention was paid to the integration of the cogeneration unit into the existing infrastructure of the enterprise, ensuring the reliability of energy systems and compliance with industrial safety requirements.

Project management and coordination

As a general contractor, the company provided comprehensive project management, coordination of subcontractors, quality control of construction and installation works, compliance with the schedule and labor protection requirements. All stages were carried out in accordance with the project documentation, current DBN, DSTU and international quality management standards.
